1. Who we are and what this covers
RayState is the software studio website operated by Laissaoui Mohammed Lotfi, based in Algeria. For privacy questions, contact contact@raystate.com. This policy covers https://raystate.com, project inquiries and communications sent to us. It does not replace the separate privacy policies for UBee, CoachIn or Staffly.
2. Visiting this website
This is an informational website hosted on GitHub Pages. GitHub processes connection information, including IP addresses, to deliver the website and support security. Its own retention practices and privacy statement apply to that processing. See the GitHub Privacy Statement.
The website serves its images, fonts, CSS and scripts locally. We have not installed website analytics, advertising SDKs, account registration or a contact-form service. Our website code does not set cookies, use browser storage or request your device location. The embedded Google map is a separate third-party service, described below.
3. Contacting us
An email link opens your email application. A message is sent only when you choose to send it. We receive your address, message, attachments and any name or project details you provide. Our email service providers process messages to deliver, store and protect communications.
We use correspondence to answer questions, discuss requirements, prepare proposals, manage an agreed relationship and handle complaints or legal obligations. Where applicable, the basis is taking steps you request before a contract, performing a contract, our legitimate interest in responding and securing communications, or a legal obligation. Do not send passwords, payment-card information or unnecessary sensitive records.
4. Google Maps and external destinations
The contact section includes a Google Maps iframe centered on our published location. The iframe requests lazy loading; your browser controls when it loads and may load it before it is visible. No click is required. When loaded, the map connects to Google and can transmit your IP address, browser/device information and referrer information. Google may use cookies or other identifiers under its own settings and policies. Browser-level blocking may prevent the map from displaying; a direct map link remains available.
Our page does not ask for your current location. If you open Google Maps and choose directions or location features, Google's own permissions and practices apply. See Google's Privacy Policy. Links to Google Play, Facebook, Instagram and product websites also take you to services with their own policies. The website QR is a local image linking to RayState; scanning it does not use an online QR tracking service provided by us.
5. Sharing and international processing
Access to correspondence is limited to people and providers who need it for the purposes above. We may disclose information when legally required, to protect lawful rights or as necessary for an agreed project. We do not sell information received through inquiries. Hosting, email and map providers may process information outside your country; their arrangements and applicable legal safeguards govern those transfers. We do not claim all processing takes place in Algeria.
6. Retention and security
We keep correspondence and project records for as long as reasonably needed for the inquiry, relationship, applicable recordkeeping and legal claims, then delete or anonymize them where appropriate. Provider logs, backups and third-party services follow their own retention arrangements. No fixed universal retention period or instant backup erasure is promised. We use reasonable access and security measures, but no website or email transmission is guaranteed completely secure.
7. Your choices and requests
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information, restrict or object to processing, receive a portable copy, withdraw consent where relevant, or complain to a competent authority. Contact contact@raystate.com; we may request proportionate verification and will respond under applicable requirements. We cannot erase information held independently by Google, GitHub or your email provider; use their privacy controls for those requests.
This website is intended for people seeking information about our products or professional services. It is not designed to collect children's personal information. Contact us if you believe a child has supplied personal information so we can assess appropriate action.
8. Updates and product policies
Updates will carry a revised document date. We will provide additional notice where required. Each app has its own data handling and legal documents, linked below. A website inquiry does not give us access to app databases stored on your device.
